eavape provides global shipping options for all of our products. We ship all in-stock orders within one business day of receiving payment for the order. All shipments should be received by customers within 7 business days. We primarily use Canada Post for our shipping services. Tracking information should be updated on our site within 24 hours of the shipment being processed.

Free shipping offers apply to all orders over $125 sold on this site unless otherwise specified, including sale items.

Every package that we ship utilizes Canada Post’s Age Verification service. This means that in order for Canada Post to hand over the package, you must verify that you are of legal adult age or older. If Canada Post cannot verify your age, they will ship the items back to us. Any items that are eligible for a refund will be done so minus a 20% restocking fee, as well as any shipping charges incurred for shipping the items to you, and for Canada Post to ship them back to us. This is absolutely non-negotiable. If you are underage, please do not order items, as you will incur financial losses by doing so.
